Amber is the owner, inspiration, and driving force behind Red River Prairie Group and its ventures. Her faith, Texas roots, work ethic, and passion for hair and fashion shape the direction of the company.

Built for the family name to outlast us.
Amber grew up in the Texas Panhandle, grounded in faith, family, and the simple richness of small-town life. Her grandparents helped pass down the traditional values she carries into her work today: keep your word, work hard, care for people, and take pride in what you are entrusted with. She never imagined needing the big-city life to feel fulfilled. Her passion for fashion and hair stayed with her through the years until the right season came to pursue it.
Drew grew up moving often as a military child, originally from Nebraska. Those experiences gave him a broad perspective and a deep appreciation for different communities and cultures. Today, he works in the transportation industry and supports Amber and the businesses behind the scenes through planning, practical work, and day-to-day assistance.
Amber and Drew met in 2017 and eventually married. In 2024, life brought them back to Texas, where Amber began Cuts by Amber as a sole proprietor while renting a salon chair. In 2026, as Amber was ready to branch out on her own, Red River Prairie Group LLC was born as the home for her continued work in hair and the ventures still taking shape.
The name carries both of their roots. The Red River is a Texas landmark tied to Amber’s Panhandle upbringing, while the prairie represents Drew’s Nebraska roots. Together, Red River Prairie Group is their shared effort to build a lasting company that future generations can enjoy and carry forward. For them, stewardship means caring for what has been entrusted to them today while building something worthy of being passed down tomorrow.
